paid bill but been cut off

I've paid my fone bill on Friday and now u have been cut off

this forum is mainly a platform for customers to help and advise one another.

As such issues with accounts cannot be dealt with here by other members.

If you can gain access to another phone, you would do best to call and speak to a member of the customer service team.

Free call 789 from another Virgin mobile or 150 from a Virgin Media landline.

0345 6000 789 (standard rate call) from any other phone.

Or if you are happy to wait the Virgin forum Team may respond to this post and PM you regarding your account within the next few days.
