new nano sim not registered

i recieved a nano sim to go in my samsung s6 and put it in yesterday around 7pm. i then sent a text from my old samsung s5 with original virgin sim in it saying 'ready' . Neither mobile is connected to virgin now!!! I get the 'not registered on network' on both so Im stuffed as my landline isnt due to be replaced until sept 7th 

Please tell me what I can do Smiley Sad

Welcome to the Community Forum, I'm sorry that your new SIM card isn't working. Has this been sorted out for you now?
