Re: new french customer

Hi puzzle21,

I think that you might struggle with the credit check for a "Pay Monthly" SIM from most UK providers.

The only provider I can think of that may offer you one is giffgaff

Re: new french customer

Hi puzzle21,

Virgin Mobile won't send a SIM abroad so you'll have to get one once you are in the UK.

Also as you won't have any credit history in the UK, it's unlikely you'll be offered a contract with a SIM card on a Pay Monthly basis.

You're best bet in the first instance would be a 'Pay As You Go' SIM.

These are readily available in many shops and supermarkets or of course you can pop into a Virgin Media Store .

It would be worth your while comparing tariffs from other providers to make sure that you pick the one which will best suit your needs.

Finally, have you checked that your mobile phone is unlocked so that it will accept SIM cards from other providers?

Re: new french customer

Thank you for your message,

I already had an address to live in England, so I can send the sim card at my address. I don't want to take a sim card " pay as you go" because I'll be in England during 4 years.

And it seems to me that I can unlocked easily my phone, and i terminate my contract with my operator.
