mobile

Hi it is REALLY HARD WORK on those stupid Mobile detials

 

I am deaf, i cannot phone reset as i have two phones,  one is ok, and want add number , it wont let me as it is pay to go, I cannot access the other one, Please HELP Me

Hi woolvenmd,

are you trying to register a mobile phone?

If you already have a Virgin mobile phone on contract you can't register a pay as you go SIM on the same account.

It is necessary to create a second account using a different email address and password (if you don't have another email address, just create one with a provider)

yes i have but it wont let me access as due i paid the me bank account, before that i access both , who i can see but now it wont as change securioty somewhen last year. what next?

please responsed quickly as i wait wait for the next step, it is not fair as the hearing can talk you within 10 mintutes...... me wait for almost 2/3 days for 3 message across.. COME ON

and aomost the other email i cannot remember as i have only virgin media address to access my phone, what about the another phone, i do not have one for different

HI WoolvenMD,

 

With regards to this, I would suggest calling us on 789 or 0345 6000 789. The team will be able to see if there's an account registered to your name and raise an IT ticket if you're still unable to register.
