Quick explanation. I called to change the account after getting an upgrade offer I did not want. The lady I spoke to told me what the new contract would be and suggested I call when the old contract would run out. When I called again there was no record of the previous conversation and I had to go through the whole thing again. It then took a long time for the change to appear either online or on the account app. Anyone would think it is a Virgin ploy to get another month at the higher rate!
