1 why is it painfully slow

2 why does it take so long to update my account details since I changed from Essential+iPhone to a rolling 30 day sim only as the iPhone is paid for

Have you checked your online account? or called 789 to se if it's been proccesed? Don't forget it happens at the end of the one months notice to change/refresh date

Quick explanation. I called to change the account after getting an upgrade offer I did not want. The lady I spoke to told me what the new contract would be and suggested I call when the old contract would run out. When I called again there was no record of the previous conversation and I had to go through the whole thing again. It then took a long time for the change to appear either online or on the account app. Anyone would think it is a Virgin ploy to get another month at the higher rate!
