mobile contract

my mobile account expires on the 9th feb 2016 can i upgrade my phone but keep the same tariff i am currently on.

Hi,

you can apply for an upgrade within 30 days of your contract renewal date. So in your case, yes Smiley Happy

You'll need to give the Virgin mobile team a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 to discuss account specifics & see what they can do for you.
