mobile bill

why is it when i top up at the beginning of the month i have to wait till next month before i get my data also why doesnt my allowances show up in my account .

Hi jimbhoy1,

 

you haven't provided much information so I'm just going to have to guess:

Are you "Pay As You Go" on Virgin's "Big Data and Texts" tariff?

If so it's because "Reward texts and data are applied from the 1st of the calendar month following your top up, and last all month."

Instead of topping up at the beginning of the month why don't you just wait and top up just before the end of the month?
