missing bill

Hi, checked my bill online (as I do every month) and the bill for february (to ealy match) isn't there for viewing - never happened before, of course it would be the month I appear to have £20 in additional costs.

any idea? I'd like to contact virgin but don't have deays to spare  Smiley Sad
