logging into Virgin Mobile

When logging into my registered Virgin Mobile account it will not recognise my email address. Online chat is 'not available' 'try later'. I've been trying to authorise my mobile for use in France, I first tried 789 no options there and logging in before I left for France was 'not available' Any other options?

Sorry to hear your having issues logging into virgin mobile account.

 

I take it from what you've d said you are now in France and cant login.

 

Could you try logging in again for me here please.

 

If you are still experiencing difficulties you can call our mobile team from a working line abroad on +447953967967 or in the UK 789 from your Virgin Mobile or alternatively 0345 6000 789.
