Have joined virgin mobile this morning but they say I should receive some e-mails from them which have not arrived ,these are to sign up for direct debit, Am I just being impatient,
My emails with the agreement (inc DD) arrived straight away, however, once I signed the agreement I have never had an email confirming and giving me a copy of the agreement.
Tbh I would advise a note of caution. I have had the most shocking customer service this week (I only joined on Monday), and have rang today to cancel. (See my post re cancelling).

I ring 150 all the time but the it does not cover my problem and i would prefer to speak to a human being

The phone queues are pretty long, but you do eventually get a human - although I cannot testify to their English skills.
