i phoned virgin mobile back in January 2016 and asked to have my account closed as i was moving abroad, which i have. I was told that my account would be closed as from 12/02/16.
i am now getting letters sent to me threating legall action etc.
what do i do as i dont owe any money.
this is primarily a customer based forum like myself and we won't be able to help with this as it is an account issue.
However it is monitored by members of the Virgin team and one may get in touch with you but it could take a few days.
You might be able to contact someone here: Help and Support - Contact Us > Mobile > Mobile billing and payments > Chat online.
