i can't log into my Mobile account

i've just left Virgin Mobile, but i need to see my last bill.

Hi geriann, 

Did you port your number to your new network? If so, your mobile number no longer exists with Virgin media and so the only way to get your last bill will be to phone into the call center on 0345 6000 789.

Does porting mean i kept the same mobile number? If it does then yes I did.
I knew I'd no longer have a Virginia Mobile account to log into. I just thought I'd be allowed to log in for my last bill!
