I have had a virgin mobile sim for around 8 months now, apart from registering it i have hardly used it passed the 1st few months and that is when i lent it to a friend. however now i nolonger have the sim, it isnt in a phone and i want to see if the contract i have is a rolling 30day that i can cancel without penalty, or something i will just have to keep paying for without benefit. however the confusing split of the services support facilities seem to alienate the possibility of doing it without calling off the number itself. has anyone else found a similar issue in their experiences that has a happy useful ending? I suffer extreme anxiety and can never be understood what i try to highlight as what i need and why, when on a phoneline and so an email/ live chat solution is much preferred if anyone has found a way.
Pretty sure you can authorise someone to speak to Virgin on the phone on your behalf if you inform Virgin of your anxiety issues. As my partner is the same and I speak for her on the phone all the time once she gives the relevant company permission for me to deal with them on her behalf.
