faulty phone xperia z.1

having issues with the phone  - it seams to be cutting out a fair bit when in call at one stage i cant even hear the other person or they cant hear me, network single is very strong.

also the phone is almost out of contract (3 months due) could i upgrade to new 1 beforehand as im needing a phone for work related not great when yer  in an important call an you cant hear them

Welcome to the forums Smiley Happy

 

I'm really sorry that you;re having issues with the phone. I'm afraid an early upgrade isn't possible at this stage. You would need to pay off your monthly fee times 3 months to upgrade early.

 

Do you only get the call dropped in one area or more than one area? 

 

Let me know as soon as you can so we can go through some checks.

We need to rule out a few potential issues to get this sorted. I think the sim may be responsible for causing these issues. So we can get a new sim to you, give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we'll get on the case.

I've seam to have solve it
Bye turning down the volume on the right hand side the phone. Which mainly means I won't b able to hear any of the calls,text or notification sounds.....
So.there is.an issue with it...
I also no some one via Virgin is calling but can't answer it as im at work....could you call just after 1600 an before 1630
