We need to rule out a few potential issues to get this sorted. I think the sim may be responsible for causing these issues. So we can get a new sim to you, give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we'll get on the case.

I've seam to have solve it Bye turning down the volume on the right hand side the phone. Which mainly means I won't b able to hear any of the calls,text or notification sounds..... So.there is.an issue with it... I also no some one via Virgin is calling but can't answer it as im at work....could you call just after 1600 an before 1630
