e-contract for new account

 Completed online application on Sat. am, still not received e-contract, and I understand the deal expires if it is not returned within a 48 hr deadline. Is there a problem with this process?

Possible, if you have an order number, give them a call

The page on which I was working which contained the order number timed out while I was on the phone to their Customer Services, and I have no other record. My wife will now have to follow up because they won't deal with me over the phone. Minded to cancel the whole process and look elsewhere for a phone.
