i just got this message when i tried to start an online chat with Virgin Media/Mobile customer services...

...however i can't find an email address for Virgin Media or Virgin Mobile anywhere on the internet! is there an email?
No. Not for either. Silly message. With on line chat you'll have to keep refreshing the page until an agent becomes free. always best to use it from a laptop or PC. doesn't work well on mobile devices.
