credit check fail for loyal customers

Ive been a long standing virgin mobile customer for 13+ years never missed a monthly payment.But because i failed a credit check i cannot get a new phone now my contract is up despite virgin overiding the previous failed credit check on my expiring contract previously.allowing me to have a lesser phone. Now its total refusal where is your customer service does loyalty mean nothing no more these days. This pushes me to never purchase a Branson product ever again in my life and makes me want to go ro Virgins biggest rivals and after showing my experience to my friends family and work colleges hope they withdraw or renew elsewhere too.
SHAME ON YOU VIRGIN MOBILE GROUP.
