Hi, I was wondering if there is a customer services email address at Virgin. I have pay as you go at the moment and I have ordered a new sim on pay monthly. I ordered the sim about a week ago, that is not the problem. I cannot log into my account as the screen asks me for my mobile number, which I don't have as I don't have the sim. It is sending codes to the new sim to enable me to log in. I have tried logging in with the old number but for some reason that is not working. Any ideas?
Yes - stop looking. There is no e-mail address. Phone VM mobile free on 789 from any VM mobile or on 150 from any VM landline to chase your order - also free.
