complaint

Could you please provide me with the consumer underwriting service e mail address as I have been wrongly charged. I have disputed this with customer services and would now like to take it further.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been wrongly charged on our side. I want to get it all sorted for you. With regards to emailing the CUS team, they don't have a customer contact email address. You would need to write them a letter.
