Hi Mark no it has not been settled, just spoke to a guy at 789 can I say his name ? He said that I had used my data for those days,I thought that I had a monthly amount of 300 mb, and not a daily allowance.
Your data allowance is refreshed monthly. If your inclusive data is 300 mb of data, this is for the entire month and once this has been used up, any further data usage will be charged at £3 a day per 1GB.
Please view your online bill to view you usage to see where you exceeded your 300 mb allowance. If you would like to check with us about upgrading to a higher data usage allowance, please give us a call on 789 (Freephone from a Virgin Mobile), 150 (Freephone from a Virgin Mobile or Virgin Media landline) or 0345 6000 789 (from any other phone).
Hi as I have said before, I have not used up all my usage, and I have phoned 789 and they said I have used a my daily allowance but could not understand that my allowance is monthly and not daily. I know its only £6 but its my money and it should not have been taken
