change mobile phone

Hi,

 

Having been a mobile virgin customer for over ten 12 years, most of which has been in france, have not problems with their service.

 

However.....

 

Thinking of upgrading to a iphone so started looking for advice how to change the sim..

 

Then noticed that the "device" ie phone linked to me was five years out of date as both I and my wife had upgraded, but kept the same sim card.

 

2 hours later....................

 

still not found a way to do it.................

 

cannot email or live chat to virgin...............NOT IMPRESSED

 

 

Once we are back in the UK another provider may be the way forward
