I have left Virgin "media" (TV & broadband package etc) but the family all still have virgin mobile phones and sim deals (not contracts...but I don't think that makes make any difference).
We can no longer log in to our accounts because our "blueyonder" (Virgin) e-mail addresses are no longer valid to log in with. When we try to re-register instead, it asks for our Virgin mobile numbers. It then tells us that we cannot re-register because we are already registered and we must go to "log in" .
We are now stuck in a vicious circle where our phones are registered and so we cannot re register but we have invalid log-in addresses
