billing complaint

i want to speak to someone who will LISTEN AND ACTION my complaint, my bill has been incorrect for a year now, i call you, you ask me to pay so much and the rest of the charges will be removed, this has happened on several occasions and i now wish to leave your company, please advise when your services will cease so i can get my sky fitted, also i am now complaining to the ombudsman

They dont deal with account queries on here, so you will be unable to

  • Terminate your contract
  • Be advised a termination date

through these forums.

Your best bet is 150, options 1,4,5 during UK office hours which will land you with onshore retentions. They can process your cancellation and advise you of a termination date.
