Extra payment

Just noticed I’m being billed for a strange £39 a month. Checked and paid my handset off forever ago but don’t recognize the ref on my bank statement. Can anyone please tell me what I’m paying if for?

I have the exact same issue.@John_GS or any of the forum team please help. I'm constantly being pushed between Virgin media migrations team and o2 and neither can help. Please contact me urgently.

How do I find my Security key?
