My iphone was working fine but Virgin said I needed a new Sim card (I think to get 4G) which I have received today. To activate it I need to go to my virgin mobile account - but the login won't work at the moment. After unlocking the new SIM, which you need to do before activating it, my old one will not work - so at the moment I do not have a working phone. There is a phone number but as sim does not work, cant use it. How am I supposed to get the SIM activated? Virgin staff please tell me.
