account/upgrade query

i recently phoned virgin mobile and upgraded my 4g to the  £25 mth service which is now on offer at £15 mth, but logging into my account it says i will pay £25 not £15 per mth? i shall ring as soon as possible but asking here first to save me phoning up because of work. thanks for your help in advance.

iirc the discount is handled by an add-on (it should be listed under the headline tariff in the plan and device page or on the orders page - whichever is relevant - with a cost of £0.00). So I'd suspect you'd be billed the full amount then the discount applied to give the amount you actually pay.
But for £10 a month if you're not 100% sure I'd phone and check.

thanks for your reply, i phoned and the lady said on my refresh date (9th) it would change to the correct payment , so i will see tomorrow. thanks
