account suspention

Has anyone else's account randomly been suspended? 

I got a message to say I have "exceeded my credit limit" which I most certainly haven't, and then was given a number, which told me to call 789, which I did, which then ALSO told me to call 789. 

I have had nothing but problems since taking about this phone contract and will not be renewing it at the earliest possibility. Completely disgusted.

Hi Ellen123,

are you able to use another phone to call Virgin mobile customer services on 0345 6000 789.

You will need to speak to them to find the reason for this and get your account reinstated.

Have you or your bank cancelled the Direct Debit? If so the account will be suspended due it being a term of the contract to have an active DD setup. I seem to remember when I accidentally cancelled a DD on my Mobile contract that the next day the same suspension message appeared on my phone.

Nope! I have spoken to two people at virgin now, who have both said I owe nothing and that there is no reason why my account should have been suspended, but yet it still has not been reinstated????
