For some reason the email address that I use to log into my mobile account has been changed from .com to .co.uk and I am unable to log in to my mobile account. It keeps telling me that it has been unable to verify my account - Well yeah that's because .co.uk doesn't exist so I am now unable to log or change my email address.
Can anybody point me in the right direction please. I've tried a web chat but that says that it is busy ALL OF THE TIME!!!!!!!
I really need to access this account as I am keeping a track on what my kids are doing
