Virgin Mobile online accounts are up down up down, and today 15/6 it is down.
I can get into virginmedia account but trying to get into my mobile account from there is impossible.
Indeed, I cite the virgin websites up there as worst to use. You cant actually do anything online. Not even complain!
You have to call or write.
Please can it be sorted out?
Just saw your comment on another thread, so I looked for your post (didn't see it when it was posted - I can only think I used "mark forum as read" at the same time you clicked "post").
Are you struggling to get into the account page from your handset, your PC, or both?
Have you been in touch with the team very recently and had something changed on your account - allowance balance, address details, tariff, account credit - anything?

There's no issues reported at the moment with our Mobile site.
I've just tested logging in myself and I seem to be able to get in and out ok.
