Voicemail Not working

Hi

I recently transferred to Virgin Mobile and transferred my number form previous provider.

Even though i set up voicemail with 222 it seems to think I have voicemail. However when I call mu number it just keeps ringing and never goes to voicemail.

Have spoken to customer services on 3 occasions who assure me that it is now fixed but nothing has changed.

 

Can anyone help? I am wondering why I moved to Virgin now with all this hassle for such a small issue.
