Virigin My Account

Hello,

I have blackberry priv with android.

The Virigin myAccount App is having problem connecting to virgin server.

Every time I start it I get the following error message

We’re having difficulty reaching our servers.

We seem to be unable to talk to out servers right now.

Please try again shortly.

 

Can you please advice?

A warm welcome to the community and thank you for taking the time to post in our forum, I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with the My Account app. 

 

Can I just check that your mobile data connection is active? Is your handset showing a mobile data connection at the top of the screen, whether it is showing as 3G, H, H+ or even 4G? If you have Wi-Fi active on your handset you may need to turn it off to see the mobile data connection.
