Virginmedia consumer underwriting services

Was due my upgrade so called VM , was told I passed the credit check and phone would be with me tomorrow only to be told I hadn't passed the credit check for the loan part and to write to VM consumers underwriting services, is there a number or email address I can contact them on?
I have been a customer with VM for numerous years now and never defaulted on any payments so I don't understand why!
