I got a text from Virgin earlier in the month to tell me that my PAYG tariff was ending, and I was being switched to another 'better value' one instead, and that would be confirmed later in the month. That confirmation never arrived, and I now have no idea what tariff I am on, or what its costing me! I cant get any response from the 'contact us' options to ask.
Thanks very much for that reply. To be honest, I didnt know there were different PAYG tariffs, I have been on the same one for many years, as long as I have had the phone, I use it so little, there was never any need to change it.
