Virgin port nightmare pt 2

We have received mail from Virgin MNP Team that they have exported the
numbers to BT instead of O2.

We have not received port files for these numbers & they are around 487
numbers.

Please see latest update from Virgin.

No Timescale provided till date.

Morning O2,

I have just had notification from Vodafone those 11 number have also
been re-routed to you now.

Vodafone ONO numbers please manually complete all port In's.

Lyca and Three ONO also complete, please manually complete your end.

Orange ONO numbers are 40 are complete ,please manually complete port
In's

O2 ONO numbers are 95. Waiting on EE to send RSP files, have you updated
routing to yourselves? I think it maybe worth you setting this up and
put your customer in service just in case EE don't send REQ files Today.


T-Mobile ONO numbers are 293. Waiting on EE to send RSP files.

Internal Email which was forwarded to me by o2 about virgins balls up transferring numbers between 7-9 december.

Despite this and other people suffering from the problem virgin refuse to admit any responsibility and claim everything went through fine!

Is there any way to rectify this problem and how can virgin cs staff be so ignorent to the problem.
