Virgin Mobile. Wife getting charged 15p premium text to text me. We are both on virgin mobile.
Billing have promised to refund last month's charges and suggested the problem is at my end.
Nobody else is having this problem when they text me though, including other virgin mobile users.
Billing also suggested changing the way my number is in her phonebook from +447722...... to 07722....., this obviously has made no difference. The charges are continuing - how do we make this stop. We have both had the same contract for over 2 years now and this has just started happening in the last month.
