Virgin Mobile Basket Error

Whenever I try to add a phone to my online basket I get an 'Oops, something's gone wrong' error message. It pops up once I enter my email and password (even when I'm already logged in). I've tried using different browsers and different computers but nothing works. Is there a way to sort this? The online ordering should be convenient, but it's incredibly frustrating.

Re: Virgin Mobile Basket Error

Clear the cache on the phone, and reboot before you try again

Re: Virgin Mobile Basket Error

Hey Neverel,

I’m sorry see that your facing this web browse glitch, could I ask is this only when trying to add into your basket or does this happen when you access my account online or the Virgin Media page?

I hope to hear from you soon Smiley Happy

Re: Virgin Mobile Basket Error

Hi Kelly,

I can log in and access my online account without any problems. The error only occurs when I try to buy/upgrade a phone.
(I don't have a full Virgin Media account. I only have a Virgin mobile account. I'm not sure if that might be relevant.)

Thanks.

Re: Virgin Mobile Basket Error

Hi Neverel,

how about calling to upgrade?

You can contact the Virgin Mobile sales team on Freephone 0800 052 0238.

Re: Virgin Mobile Basket Error

No further help with this, then?

I prefer to upgrade etc. online, because I often have trouble with a poor line when I call customer service numbers.

I'd appreciate the online system to work the way it's supposed to.
