Whenever I try to add a phone to my online basket I get an 'Oops, something's gone wrong' error message. It pops up once I enter my email and password (even when I'm already logged in). I've tried using different browsers and different computers but nothing works. Is there a way to sort this? The online ordering should be convenient, but it's incredibly frustrating.
I can log in and access my online account without any problems. The error only occurs when I try to buy/upgrade a phone. (I don't have a full Virgin Media account. I only have a Virgin mobile account. I'm not sure if that might be relevant.)
