My Galaxy S2 phone has just updated the Virgin Media Account app and now when I access that app I can open up but can't close it - it freezes my phone so I have to switch it off. I have uninstalled and re-installed twice. Can anyone help?
Thanks for the advice which I followed however the Virgin My Account app still freezes my phone. I uninstalled the app several times in an attempt to get it to work but no luck. I have rated the app on my phone but see that I am not the only one having this issue. A fix from Virgin is required I think.
