View my resent usage Oops, something's gone wrong!

I cant look at my resent usage it keeps telling me Oops, something's gone wrong! It used to work I'm on pay monthly It stopped working at Christmas I have rang Virgin they don't know. Can you help please. I used to be able look at the numbers my grand kids are ringing. Please help

this is a known problem that is being worked on.

I'm sorry that there's not been any further news on this. Our Software development team along with our technicians are still working to resolve this issue.
