My contract runs out at the end of this month. If I wanna upgrade to a new phone and 4g sim, how do i do that and make sure the original contract doesnt get refreshed? thanks in advance

you need to call and speak to the Team.
If you dial 789 (free from your mobile) and ask for "Upgrades" Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 9am-6pm. They will be able to assist you with this.
If you don't make the call, once your contract period ends you will automatically start a 30 day rolling contract on the same tariff.
