Ive made several attempts to upgrade to a mobile contract and every time i undergo the process a message comes up with " We're Sorry, we are unable to process any further" and then asks me to ring a number... I would like to know why i am unable to upgrade to a phone as ive been on sim contract for 3 months now???

If you are getting the "Sorry" response, this means that you will need to call us in order to change your contract. Just give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789, or go through to WebChat: Contact Us and we can get this changed for you.
