Upgrade questions

I phoned this morning to upgrade my phone and was informed that I'd receive 3 emails - one being the credit agreement signature link. I've had 3 but not the link. My orders in account say new one awaiting dispatch approval.

However I've also had a letter today telling me for just £1 more I could have had a tablet included - this was not mentioned on the phone.

I realise calling is probably easiest but not easy with 2 under 3s so wondered if anyone had any ideas on adding the tablet or how to sign the agreement?

Welcome to the community and sorry to hear you haven't received the link for signing the credit agreement. Sometimes it can get caught in the spam or junk mail filters so it’s worth double checking to make sure.

 

If it’s not there our team can arrange to get it sent out, just give them a ring on 789 from any Virgin Mobile, 150 from any Virgin landline or 0345 6000 789 from any other number.
