Is there any news on the problems of updating handset details when you change phone but keep the same PAYG SIM card?
I'd like to update from my Galaxy Ace to a new Galaxy SIII Mini but still can't find where to do it.

The option to change handset details on our site itself is not currently available but if you speak with our mobile team they can take a look at this for you.
You can call our team on 789 from your mobile or alternatively on 0345 6000 789.
