Unblocking

Have just brought a sim card in Australia to use while on holiday, when the advisor in the Virgin store in Australia tried to set it up a message came up saying "phone blocked" have to insert unblock code.  Been trying to contact Virgin back home, without success, can anyone tell me how I can unblock the phone and start using my new sim.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

If you have inserted a non Virgin Mobile UK SIM card into a handset purchased from ourselves and received that message, then it would indicate your handset is locked and would need unlocking to accept any other card.
