Unable to upgrade mobile

Hi, I am trying to upgrade my mobile through the website. I've received 3 emails, one of which contains a unique security key, to be used, to log into my credit agreement. The security key I've been given, is not being accepted, when I enter it into the required field.

Has anyone else experienced this? I have entered it correctly, before any wise cracks are made........:-)
