Unable to complete application

I've applied for a mobile with yourselves and it says in order to complete it I need to call you. Unfortunately the mobile number I gave you is disconnected and I have no way of calling (no house phone). Can I please have an email address to contact you on to provide the information to complete my application? Thank you x

Virgin don't do email.

You can call them on any phone 0345 6000 789

I just think it's stupid that in order to get a phone you need to have a phone... I have no way of making calls.. X

perhaps you could borrow a phone or use a payphone (callbox).
