Unable to buy another SIM only contract, website going round in circles

I have a virgin mobile account and want to buy another SIM 30 day rolling contract. I tried to do this online but when it comes to entering email and password I'm going round in circles.

It says the email is existing but when I ask for a password reminder it says the email doesn't exist, when I try to register a new account it says the email is already in use!

Help it's driving me mad.

If I had that situation I'd ring 789 or 0345 600 0789 from any other line and ask for a password reset to be done. A temp password is assigned, which you should change after calling in about the account issue.
