UPGRADING

I was just wonderin if anyone can help me wiv how long I need to have my Pay Monthly Rolling Sim, before I'm able to apply for a Full Contract & Handset?

Hi RomeoCole_78,

 

there is no set answer to your question.

If you can pass Virgin Mobile's credit checks you can have a contract with handset anytime. Regardless of whether or not you have had a SIM only deal.

Give customer services a call on 789 or the Virgin Mobile sales team on freephone 0800 052 0238.
