I've just spent the last 20 minutes trying to change from sim only to sim with a phone and change my tarrif to a 4G tariff.
I'm really sorry but after 17minutes of broken English and a really heavy accent I had to give up and cancel. I feel aweful but couldn't understand what i was being told or seem to get accross what i was trying to do. I kept being asked the same questions over and over and i'm still not sure they chap new what i was trying to do. Is there is a number for a UK call centre or someone from a UK call centre is able to call me I'm ready to place an order. I know the phone I want and the tariff, I'm already a customer and just want to upgrade the phone and move to a 4g Tarrif.
