Trying to top up

My account has been suspended and I'm trying to top up by ringing 789 but it's not connecting. Just says 'your account has been suspended. Call 789 to get back up and running'
That's what I'm trying to do. Can somebody help

I'm really sorry that you're having issues with calling 789. I want to get this all sorted for you.

 

Due to the issue you're having with calling us on 789, are you able to call us on 0345 6000 789 from any other phone?

Steps to top up:

  1. You can either text the unique voucher PIN to 789111.
  2. On your mobile- go to your account on your phone browser at m.virginecare.com and click Top Up.
  3. Text ACCOUNT to 80150 for a direct link.
