Are you still out there as nothing further has materialised re my situation.
I have sent a further caustic letter to head of Customer Care last week.
This week I have had two calls from Virgin which dept I have no idea had to curtail the
call as clarity of speech was non existent and the call was before 8.30a.m.
Second call told me to ring customer services, even after explaining all my previous calls.
I ran customer services again (Max) female with my situation yesterday.
So still a stalemate.
I'm really sorry you'd not head back from us.
